This oracle offers a way to meet that guidance directly, through the card that arrives when you ask.
Each card carries a chant, a wisdom teaching and a shadow aspect — the teaching that lives in the difficult side of that animal's medicine. The 108 animals mirror the sacred number of completeness found throughout shamanic and yogic traditions.
Before drawing, arrive in your body. Step outside if you can, or simply close your eyes and feel the ground beneath you. Animals respond to presence, not concepts — so drop out of thinking and into sensing before you pull your card.
